meine Scheidung und die Folgen für die Bewohner meiner Frau

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

da ich noch nicht fließend Deutsch schreiben kann, schreibe ich gerne auf Englisch!
I live in Köln and having Niederlassungserlaubnis. However, due to very complicated situation, I lost my job in Germany and am now unemployed and temporarily staying in Iran for about 2.5 months to handle my divorce paperwork.

We got registered as married 9 months ago and my wife who got 3 years residence permit through our marriage. Now although divorce process is already triggered in Iran, she left Iran to Germany secretly and currently staying in my apartment in Köln interestingly and therefore, I would not like to be in that apartment while she’s there. I’ve already informed Ausländeramt in Köln about my divorce in Iran.

Now my main question is, how can I peacefully and legally, under the family or residence related regulations in Germany, ask or make my wife leave my apartment and go back to Iran?
